60 VCF Inclusivo representatives given rousing ovation at Mestalla
The close to 60 members of the VCF Inclusivo project received an ovation from the fans at Mestalla, when they took to the pitch ahead of the game between Valencia CF and Sevilla CF.

The players also showed their appreciation for the VCF Inclusivo players, and posed for photos with them before the guests of honour watched the LaLiga Matchday 11 game from the stands.

VCF Inclusivo is a project run by the VCF Foundation, working to normalise football for persons with intellectual disabilities, emphasising the benefits that the sport can procide for the personal and social lives of the members and their families.

Under the umbrella of the COR Blanquinegre scheme run by the VCF Foundation and with the backing of Valencia CF, the project has been in place since 2011/12 (originally under the name of VCF DI) and has seen the club participate in LaLiga Genuine. The motto is "Football for everyone."
